alive and well in Reading!=)

well...it's been months since i've blogged. many of you have told me that you still stop by every so often to see if i've added anything. thank you for checking up every now and then. well, i'm hoping that this blog will be the begining of my return. only time will tell, i suppose.

just so you know, sandi and i are alive and very well in Reading. God continues to be our ever faithful savior and provider. we are very blessed and are grateful for all that we've been given...and we've been given all that we have. we are both still busy at work and love serving in our local church (Christ Community Church). we've had some cold days...some snow and freezing rain...but, all in all, the winter has been very mild.

stay tuned for more details...

Hey Andrew! This is dave brown back from yfc days, remember me? Been quite a while huh? Well, I was up in seattle for the last 10 years or so and recently moved back to the aina. I came across your blog surfing the net and it was nice to get updated about where you are and what your up to. Glad to hear you and sandi are doing well! Just thought I'd post a quick note to say hello and that we should catch up sometime. On a more somber note, I wanted to pass the word along that David Tang, 6'8" chinese guy from yfc days as well recently went to visit the lord on Feb. 22 after battling cancer for the last 2 years or so. I know that he was a blessing to me and many others throughout his lifetime and will never be forgotten. Prayers for his family would be greatly appreciated. I know I will look forward to meeting up with him again when the Lord calls me. I was suprised to hear that you're up in PA now and do believe that Sandi is working at the same hospital as my aunt. In fact, almost my entire extended family, including my sister (Karen, you or Sandi might remember her) are up in central PA too. When you get a chance email me back sometime, I love to catch up with you! Again, it's been a pleasure being able to catch up with you just by reading your blog entries. God Bless! Dave
